He has more than 20 years experience in project management and design and supply of chemical process systems.  His responsibilities include management of the sales and marketing organization based in HPD's world headquarters.

Mr. Minnich received a bachelors degree from the University of Delaware in Civil Engineering and a masters degree from the University of Michigan in Water Resources Engineering. He has more than 25 years of industrial experience where he has held a variety of positions in engineering, project management, and general management. His current position at HPD is Vice-President and responsible for business development for Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies.

Managing Director - HPD Spain

Mr. Martinez is a graduate of the Universidad Politecnica of Madrid (Spain) with a degree in Naval Engineering & Architecture. He has a Master Degree in Business (MBA) at City Business School (London) and a degree in Management from the IESE Business School. He has more than 15 years of senior management experience and has been responsible for management of the HPD Spain office since 1999.

Process Department Manager - HPD Spain

Mr. Echavarren graduated with a Masters of Engineering degree from the E.T.S.I.I. of Bilbao, Spain. He has more than 15 years experience in project management, design, and supply of chemical process systems. His reponsibilities include management of the Process Design Department and Cost Estimation group at HPD's office in Spain.

Mr. Gamache obtained his bachelors of science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Illinois at Champaign in 1985. He has over twenty years of experience with HPD in evaporation and crystallization technology with experience in Research, Field Service and Process Design. He is responsible for HPD's research and development efforts on a worldwide basis as well as for U.S. based field service support for applications.

Mr. Brown is a graduate of Northwestern University in Evanston, IL with a degree in mechanical engineering. As a member of HPD for over 28 years, he has held many positions over that period including his present position as President and Managing Director of HPD's world headquarters in Plainfield, IL and the sales and process design center in Bilbao, Spain. Mr. Brown is also responsible for overseeing design-build activities for Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies in both North and South America.
